Interesting Post, you appear to have adequate illumination so why did you need the "Extra Light" :idea: does that work in a similar way to the LED :lol:

The FZ20 is not too bad for CA, it will be more noticeable if you add on cheap diopters, stick with the better brands, I have a Nikon 6t and 2 different Raynox lenses, I use these without problems. I notice a bit of noise in the background, probably due to the crop? keep the ISO low on the Pana and ...

Wow nice bee love the eye, the yellow is a little bright but I find like it gives the bee a warm glow, I think you can tone down specific colours in photoshop if you really want to, make sure you have not got colour saturation set to High on your camera that wont help.

Danny, It seems that the difference between 'good' focus and 'spot' focus is a matter of luck handheld. Is this normal? Out of say 100 handheld pics you take, what would you guess is the proportion of 'good' focus and 'crisp' focus? Ken I think you are asking the wrong person here for normal people...
