Disematostoma
Here is a (not very good) picture of Disematostoma , a ciliate related to Frontonia and Paramecium . The organism was about 150 um long. My guess for the second picture is Nassula (or a related specimen). One can easily see a conspicious cyrtos ("cytopharyngeal basket") supporting a mouth opening.
As for the first specimen, I don't have a clue...

Amazing shot, Charlie. It is difficult to take a decent picture like this via aquarium glass. A few months ago I took a picture of the very same sea dragon, I think. Too bad I didn't know you were arriving to San Diego, although I was out of town for past three weeks...
