Well very young stink bugs have white spots like that but I have never seen one with wings visible this way before.

Out of curiosity Ken, I ran your photograph through Neat Image. It cleaned up your background but it also did some minor softening to the flower. Mike, it isn't noise its the grain on the surface of the expanded polystyrene board that I put behind the flower. I have Neatimage and maybe it will get rid of that too.

I hope this image can be classed as Macro - its taken on the macro setting of my camera although strictly I guess its a Close-up. I'm fond of flower photography so I hope it will be acceptable.
