A close up of this small climbing rose - this shot demonstrates the way in which the FZ30 handles reds, extremely accurate and good detail within the red - one of the best camera's I have used in this regard.

This is beautiful KenV. The red is very striking. You do have a way with flowers.

Agree with Sue there Ken! :o The red of the rose is very striking and your depth of field around the petals is excellent. Yes indeed, you do have a way with the flowers. :D

KenV, I think this actually demonstrates the skill of the photographer, Excellent shot, very sharp and very well composed. :D :D :D

Ken, that is a vivid red!

The only way this shot could be improved is by putting a snake in it! :D
