Went there as family outing. Took some pics. Appreciate any comments.

First one w/o flash

No flash

2nd one with bounce flash.

Holy Cow--I mean dragonfly. These images are incredible! Excellent work and setting the standard very high indeed!!!

Excellent Macros! The amount of detail is amazing. The colors are also quite unique; would be interesting to see what the entire dragon looks like :)

hi tchuanye

good images there. FZ10 and 6T probably meant you were about 2 inches away from the dragon? wasn't it spooked? anyway, i assumed you were at 12X, and if so, did it all come up to half life size or 0.5 magnification with the 6T stacked on?

gunn, with the 6T, the distance was about 29cm, so thats about >10".
...and it was spooked, but it flew around the same area and when it landed, it stayed long enough for me to take the shot. I was at 12x. Here is the link to my pic of the two original image...(since I cannot post another):
