He was big and moving. I took this using the 40x objective and my new Fujifilm 2650 camera.

Great image Sue! It looks like you were using oblique lighting. The image detail is excellent. I've never seen the oral groove (or whatever it is) so nicely.

I do not think I used oblique lighting. Just the regular light on my scope.

Well, this is a bit embrassing :oops:, but I did use oblique lighting technique. It was an accident. I did not know my condenser was a bit off center, but KenR is trying to help me out on the tech side of all things scope related :D. He has his hands full, but he is doing a good job helping me out.

I was very happy when this came out of my camera
As well you should be. It's really difficult to capture moving subjects without using electronic flash. Nice job, Sue. :D
