this is another shot of Epiphanes again. I like these very complex cilia
structures of its 'mouth'.
Objective 20x, DIC, Periplan 10x, CP 990.
I made a short video of Epiphanes (2.2MB), located at :

The first part is in darkfield, the second in DIC.

Stunning image Gerd! The detail is fantastic. The video is great too. It's always nice to capture the motion of micro critters because it's so interesting!
