About half lifesize on 35mm, but this shows you just how many bugs were about!

Hi Larry--

Hard to see details in this, those must have been tiny bugs! Very impressive spectacle, a good find of a shot. Do you know what is happening in this shot? I'll bet there is a story here.

Well, I remember that summer it was very hot and dry, and there were just thousands of these beetles in the air, as well as thunder flies(Thrips) which get in your teeth if youre on a bike!
I would like to have got a closer shot but it was quite windy too and i didnt have my tripod with me.
