A Simple Monopod Head by Thomas Webster

I use a monopod a great deal when photographing "micro-critters". Most of the heads available for use on monopods have lock knobs, swivel joints, and one manufacturer even offers a pan/tilt head on their monopods. All of this is unnecessary when a simple fork-mount works just as well if not better...
