Canon 10D.
Canon 100mm 2.8 macro lens.
2X teleconverter.
12mm extension tube.
250D diopter.
Dual 550EX flashes with gold reflectors.
RAW, ISO 200, F8, 1/200sec.
Levels and unsharp mask in Photoshop CS.
