Details as follows:
Shot taken through my Olympus microscope at 20x (giving the 4mm FOV). Camera Sony DSC-P150 hand held on eyepiece. Lighting provided by 150w halogen through LW Scientific light source via 2 goose necks. No stacking, single shot. The only "manipulation" was auto colour option in Photoshop.

Nice shot! Perfect use of the shallow DOF. I particularly like the way it falls across the legs on the left.
