Adjustable Stage For Stereo Zoom Microscope?

Post by georgedingwall »

Hi All,

I have a Stereo Zoom Microscope. I would like to take mosaic images with this scope, but I don't have any way of accurately controlling the position of the object under the objective.

Is there such a thing as an adjustable stage, similar to the one that is fitted to my compound microscope, that could be used with my stereo scope, and can be adjusted in small, repeatable steps, so that the position of the object can be moved precisely within the camera frame.

Thanks for any help.

George... yes they are available. I have seen a couple different ones on eBay. One dealer always seems to have one up there.
