OK so it's a a bit silly, but any fly that comes into contact with those small red "trigger hairs" on this Venus flytrap won't be laughing!
The plant produces a necter to attract potential victims.
To trip the trap, an insect must touch two trigger hairs or hit one of them twice in quick succession (helps the plant prevent false "trriggers" by inanimate objects or rain). If this occurs, the trap will close in about 1/10 second, and the plant enjoys a 5 to 12 day repast.
If flies understood traffic signs.....
